The first Volksfest and BeerFestival every year takes place in Würzburg, with classic beer tents and festival beer that has been especially brewed for this event. It is a traditional festival with folk music, traditional costumes and fun rides. This event is kicking of the beer festival season each year in Germany and Bavaria.
The Wine Village is in the middle of Würzburg's market square: More than 100 different local wines are served in cute, timbered gazebos. The event is rounded out by local and international cuisine.
