The UK hotel chain Premier Inn is expanding its presence in Germany through rebranding existing properties or new hotel openings. Here’s an overview as of November 2025 of Premier Inn properties that currently welcome guests. After that, you’ll also learn about future projects.

We do, however, recommend staying at least two nights in our heritage cities. As a reminder, all are university towns with at least 700 years of history, walkable city centers with stunning architecture, renowned museums, great food and drink, and many year-round events.
Heidelberg — 2 hotels

- 15 barrier-free rooms, 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms, and 50 family-friendly rooms
- Premier Inn’s 44th hotel in Germany
- Opened December 2022
Wiesbaden — 1 hotel
- Premier Inn Wiesbaden City Centre: Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 6, Wiesbaden
- 164 rooms across three categories on seven floors
- Located in sight of the Hauptbahnhof and directly at the RheinMain CongressCenter
- 45 parking spaces
- Opened March 31, 2023
- This was the brand’s 46th hotel in Germany at the time of opening — and the first in the Rhein-Main region outside Frankfurt
Würzburg — 1 hotel
- Premier Inn Würzburg
- 204 rooms (including 28 Premier Plus rooms)
- The brand’s 63rd hotel in Germany
- 17-floor building reaching 58 meters high, with 11 conference rooms
- Opened July 2025

Rostock — Planned
- Premier Inn Rostock City Hafen: Rostocker Heide 3-8 (city center)
- 200 rooms in a 6-story mixed-use building
